The staff are very welcoming! I arrived early for check-in, and the receptionist made me warm Coca tea and let me use the shared spaces while I waited. And then when my room was ready he let me rest for a while before checking me in which I appreciate a lot. Also, I had an early tour the following day, and they packed me breakfast since I wouldn't be able to get to the breakfast buffet. It was a very thoughtful gesture. The room is adequate, and the bed is comfortable with a thick, warm blanket. It made me want to stay longer. Overall, it was a great stay!

Good location, very close to the train station and bus station, and can also walk to the Plaza de Armas and the market, which is convenient for both sightseeing and travel. The front desk is very friendly, and there are two cute big dogs, very obedient. 24-hour service is very important for tourists who leave Cusco early and return late. We stayed in a room on the first floor, so we didn't have to carry luggage up the stairs at high altitudes, thank you. The bath water is very hot. Breakfast has freshly made eggs, delicious. The room is large and clean.

Since the neighborhood was quiet, I slept really well. The room was clean, and the shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was good too, and the staff spoke English. The only downside was how they handled the key. The staff carried my luggage to the room but didn’t hand me the key, so I didn’t realize I didn’t have it until the next morning. I spent quite some time searching for it, only to find it left in the keyhole on the outside of the door the whole night—it was unsafe.

Very nice, clean and cozy rooms. Accommodating and friendly staff - they kept our luggage while we were at the Inka trail. They mainly speak only Spanish but we could always understand each other with google translate. Good value for the money that you pay.

Very good facilities for a hostel, shower was amazing, dormitory was comfortable and spacious. Nice helpful staff. Breakfast was great for this price. Strong wifi. Beautiful house. Overall very good value.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was big enough, shower was hot although only warm between 06.00-10.00. they had a luggage storage room we were allowed to use and we are super thankful for. Can't go wrong with this place. Ps. There were some cute doggies there too :-).

It is a cozy space, i really like the plants around🙂 I have a very good silent sleep.. breakfast was nice and the staff very friendly It’s my second time in Eco Inn, and when I’m in Cuzco it is definitely the place where I’m going to stay for resting.. thanks!

It was very cozy and comfortable. As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe. Bed and pillows were very soft and good. I was supposed to stay just 2 nights however i ended up staying 5 nights. And Sultan and Lola (their dogs) made my stay even better. 😻 Eric and his team was very helpful and nice. I would definitely suggest this place.

Really friendly owner (and dogs!) and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was also by far the best we have had since arriving in Peru - cereals, eggs, ham, cheese, fresh juice etc.

Very accommodating hotel, allowed us to store our luggage there while trekking, good breakfast, good water pressure, enough blankets cause the room was a bit cold, loved the fast laundry service and adored the two cute dogs on the property :)
